Stand-Up Pouches

Flexo Springs’s preformed stand-up bags are designed for packaging and displaying various foods such as pet food, frozen foods, snacks and more. It’s sealed sides and bottom gusset provide maximum strength, allowing the bag to perform as a true stand-up pouch that’s perfect for bulk shelf storage.

The bottom of the bag is structured to keep the pouch standing upright on any flat surface. Toward the top of the bag, you’ll find convenient tear notches for easy access to the bag’s zipper opening. Whether you’re packaging solid, liquid, or powdered items, this zipper opening offers reusable versatility and long-lasting freshness. We can apply a gloss or matte finish to give your stand-up bag a sleeker appearance in certain areas and a more natural look in others. The bag itself is available with custom packaging options and ideal for storing a wide selection of product quantities.

Shaped Pouches

Flexo Spring’s shaped pouches can be designed to stand up or lay flat as a side seal pouch – whatever shape packages your product best. Our shaped pouches work well for a variety of applications including snack foods, pet food, cosmetics, nutritional supplements and more. Each custom pouch figure utilizes convex styling and shapes that make it easy to grip and easy to pour. Rounded corners, built-in handles and spouted, squeezable shapes are also available.
Depending on your product’s specifications, we can also provide a gusset bottom to give the pouch more structure. A unique die cut can also be applied to the pouch bottom to help prevent the product from getting jammed in the corners of the pouch.
Other features can be added including zippers, hang holes, and gloss or matte finishing.

Spouted Pouch

Flexo Spring’s spouted pouch products are well-equipped to safely store and transport both liquid and dry products without the mess. Using high-grade manufacturing and printing technology, beverages, cleaning products, liquid hygiene products, our liquid pouch packaging capabilities are great for on-the-go costumers. The spouted nozzle keeps liquids and powders sealed tightly to avoid premature expiration. Spouted pouches provide more user control than most plastic and glass bottles. Size, color and design may vary depending on your specific packaging needs.

Sample Packets – Sachet Packets

Flexo Spring’s sachet packets help brands hold a varied selection of disposable, single serve products. While ideal for food condiments, sauces and seasonings, our sachet packet packaging capabilities are also great for other single-use items in the health and cosmetic industries, particularly for shampoo sample packets. From liquids to dry goods and powders, our sachet packets keep products fresh. For a sleek look, we can provide sachet packaging with either a gloss or matte finish depending on your preference. The packets can have tear notches on either end.

3-Side Seal Pouch

Flexo Spring’s 3-side seal pouches are available in a variety of styles to suit your specific product and are ideal for form fill seal (FFS) machines and high-speed runs. Depending on your specific requirements, we can provide hang holes, zippers or clear see through product windows. The pouch will be sealed on 3 sides and feature an opening at either the top or bottom of the bag where your product can be filled by hand or machine. Flat 3-side seal pouches are appropriate for various applications in both food and non-food industries.

Lay-Flat Pouch

Often referred to as “pillow pouch,” lay-flat and flat pouches are the perfect fit for almost any product from single to multi-use applications. Lay-flat pouches are typically displayed lying down or inside of a box. We offer multi-layered film options specific to your product’s requirements.

Side Gusset Pouch

Flexo Spring’s side gusset bags and pouches extend shelf life by ensuring the product remains safely sealed and protected. Side gusset bags are perhaps most widely used for packaging snacks and dry items such as nuts, cookies and coffee beans. These pouches also make great packaging solutions for frozen foods and beauty products. Dual-sided gussets increase the bag’s filling volume which allows the pouch to hold more product and weight. This also adds more flexibility when dealing with large or abnormally shaped products.
